 \, Planning Policy or Ordinance\; Land Development\; Open Space\; Revitali
 zation\; Outdoor Recreation\; Transportation\; Multimunicipal Cooperation\
 ; and Community of Distinction. The award winners are judged on originalit
 y and innovation\; compatibility with the community\; effectiveness and re
 sults\; how the community was engaged\; and transferability of the project
