 Guides Trish Tiernan and Chuck Thomas and Northampton County Parks Recreat
 ion Specialist Jim Wilson for this powerful nature-based experience at Lou
 ise Moore Park from 4:30pm to 6:30pm on Saturday\, October 19.\n\nTrish an
 d Chuck will lead the two-hour-long program\, combining forest bathing\, A
 yurveda and meditation along trails in the meadows and woodlands at the pa
 rk\, including Matson’s Woods—a seven-acre stand of enormous oak trees
 . Jim will provide some history of the park and point out current and plan
 ned conservation projects during this guided walkabout. Light refreshments
  will be served afterwards.\n\nThis program is sponsored by Northampton Co
 unty Division of Parks &amp\; Recreation and is open to the public free-of
