 s and discover a hidden world that glows! Join us for an easy 1-2 mile gui
 ded night hike as we search for bioluminescent and fluorescent critters th
 at come alive after sunset. Using black lights provided by Wildlands Conse
 rvancy\, we’ll explore the forest to reveal insects\, fungi\, and other 
 organisms that glow in surprising and beautiful ways.\n\nAlong the way\, w
 e’ll learn what bioluminescence and fluorescence are\, why certain speci
 es glow\, and how these adaptations help them survive in the night. This p
 rogram offers a fun blend of science\, exploration\, and wonder for curiou
 s nature lovers. All ages welcome.\n\nWhat to expect:\n• A moderate 1 - 
 2 mile evening hike\n• Black light exploration to spot glowing critters 
 - Black lights provided\n• Fascinating science behind bioluminescence an
