 oat Adventure! As a part of the D &amp\; L National Heritage Corridor's Ge
 t Your Tail on the Trail event participants will peddle 4.5 miles along th
 e flat\, historical D &amp\; L Trail then paddle back on the Lehigh River.
  Lunch is not provided but will be held on the water at a river island sto
 p.\n\nAll equipment is provided including bicycles\, helmets\, PFD\, and t
 andem canoes. Items like bottled water\, a backpack\, and closed toed shoe
 s are highly recommended for this trip. All participants should know how t
