SUMMARY:Wildlands Conservancy: Steam Team Volunteer at Water Street Park 
DESCRIPTION:Wildlands Conservancy: Steam Team Volunteer at Water Street Par
 k\n\nJoin Wildlands Conservancy as we maintain vegetative areas along stre
 ams (riparian buffers) and help ensure the survival of young\, native tree
 s in the forest buffer.\n\nThese vital areas improve water quality in loca
 l communities\, reduce erosion and flooding concerns\, and provide habitat
  for wildlife.\n\nVolunteers will:\n-maintain tubes placed over the trees 
 to protect them from deer\n-remove invasive vegetation\n\nVolunteers must:
 \n-be 16 years or older OR be accompanied by a parent/guardian if under 16
 \n-be able to work outside for the duration of the shift\, on uneven groun
 d\n-wear safe footwear and clothing that can get dirty\n\nWorking Conditio
 ns:\n-Participants should be prepared for anticipated weather conditions. 
 This event will generally be rain or shine with the exception of severe we
 ather conditions.\n-Gloves\, tools\, water\, and snacks will be provided\,
  but volunteers are welcome to bring their own.\n–Participants should br
 ing bug spray\, sunscreen\, and hats as desired to protect from the elemen
 ts.\n–Some locations where we will work will have restroom facilities\, 
 though others will not\, so participants should plan accordingly. \n\nTo
