SUMMARY:Wildlands Conservancy: Stream Team Volunteer at Saucon Park 
DESCRIPTION:Wildlands Conservancy: Stream Team Volunteer at Saucon Park \n
 \nWildlands Conservancy maintains vegetative areas along streams (riparia
 n buffers) and helps ensure the survival of young\, native trees in the fo
 rest buffer.\n\nThese vital areas improve water quality in local communiti
 es\, reduce erosion and flooding concerns\, and provide habitat for wildli
 fe.\n\nStream Team is a series of volunteer opportunities on Fridays from 
 June through September.\n\nVolunteers will:\n-maintain tubes placed over t
 he trees to protect them from deer\n-remove invasive vegetation\n\nVolunte
 ers must:\n-be 16 years or older OR be accompanied by a parent/guardian if
  under 16\n-be able to work outside for the duration of the shift\, on une
 ven ground\n-wear safe footwear and clothing that can get dirty\n\nWorking
  Conditions:\n-Participants should be prepared for anticipated weather con
 ditions. This event will generally be rain or shine with the exception of 
 severe weather conditions.\n-Gloves\, tools\, water\, and snacks will be p
 rovided\, but volunteers are welcome to bring their own.\n–Participants 
 should bring bug spray\, sunscreen\, and hats as desired to protect from t
 he elements.\n–Some locations have restroom facilities\, though others w
 ill not\, so participants should plan accordingly. \n\nTo sign up for you
