About: Explore THE LINK Trail Network with Conservation Coordinator Brit Kondravy during this Health & Heritage Hike, coordinated by DLNHC through the Get Your Tail on the Trail program.

The Bushkill Township Trail is a 2-mile ADA-compliant gravel trail running north out of Jacobsburg State Park and Environmental Education Center along the old railbed of the Slate Belt Trolley and along the main stem of Sobers Run, an Exceptional Value stream with a beautiful wooded corridor. This out and back walk will cover the two miles between Bushkill Township Trailhead and Jacobsburg State Park.

Parking: Bushkill Township Trail trailhead (40 49’ 36.54”N, -75 18’ 51.47”W) is located along Route 512 approximately 1 mile south of Wind Gap, with eleven (11) regular and three (3) ADA-compliant parking spots. Restrooms available at Jacobsurg State Park. Bushkill Township Trail is part of THE LINK Trail Network. Achieve THE LINK Challenge badge by journeying on any of the network’s many trails.

Event is free but registration is required.
