OVERVIEW
Delaware & Lehigh National Heritage Corridor (DLNHC) in collaboration with the Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources (DCNR) invites qualified firms to respond to a Request for Proposals for facilitation and preparing a strategic plan for the Lehigh Valley Greenways Conservation Landscape (LVG CL). Respondents shall submit one (1) digital copy online at INSERT LINK. To be considered, proposals must be received electronically by 5:00 p.m. EST on April 10, 2026.

Any official questions and/or clarifications shall be submitted using the “QUESTIONS” form, on or before 4:00 P.M., March 27, 2026. Questions raised after this cut- off will remain unanswered.
