Learn about hydrangea types, care, and pruning during this informative event. We will cover how to get the best bloom by knowing what kind of hydrangea you are growing, whether they are proven varieties used for years or some of the newest exciting types produced for bloom color and dependability.
We all love hydrangeas, but how do you care for them, and when do you prune them? Spring Garden Series: Taking Proper Care of Hydrangeas will cover hydrangea types, care, and pruning. To get the best blooms, gardeners need to know what kind of hydrangea they are growing because that determines when and how it should be pruned and what the optimal conditions are for that plant. Kathy Halpert, Master Gardener, will discuss the proven varieties used for years and some of the newest exciting types produced for bloom color and dependability.
